The only person missing from a list of Piotr Tchaikovsky, Frédéric Chopin and our Composer-in-Residence Richard Mascall is Sasha. Sasha is Alexander Rapoport who brings his reflections on Chopin in honour of the Polish master’s 200th birthday. His work will be interpreted by our guest artist Valerie Tryon, one of Canada’s piano gems. It is a concert that brings the sounds of Russia and Poland to the land of the Chi-Cheemaun.
